Keema Masala Keema mean ground/chopped meat. Great with ground Lamb,Beef,Chicken or Turkey You need:
Preparation:- Sauté the meat in a pan. Remove the excess fat. Add 1-2Tblspn of Kashmiri Masala, sauté for 30 seconds to release flavors. Add tomato paste and plain yogurt. Cook for 1-2 minutes so everything is well incorporated. Adjust salt and cayenne pepper. Add Serrano/jalapeno peppers, chopped cilantro. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of water. After a boil, lower the heat and cook until tender and oil has separated. Add green Peas as it adds great color to the dish. cook for 2 couple minutes. Adjust the consistency of dish as it should not be watery/saucy. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Indian bread or plain Basmati Rice. Tips:-
